歐中企業(yè)聯(lián)合會總部設立于瑞士伯爾尼。北京設有代理機構（北京瑞中瑞商務咨詢有限公司）。聯(lián)合會的宗旨是為歐盟國家-中國在互惠互利的基礎上,搭建一個商務合作、經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展以及文化交流等領域的良好平臺。
聯(lián)合會主要服務內(nèi)容：為歐中企業(yè)界專家，學者提供一個高層對話平臺；幫助歐盟各國與中國的跨國公司、行業(yè)組織、金融資本和教育培訓機構建立聯(lián)系。承擔歐中雙邊政府、行業(yè)組織和企業(yè)委托的專題調(diào)研項目;安排政府與民間的互訪考察培訓等交流互訪活動，組織雙邊招商引資與多種產(chǎn)業(yè)的論證咨詢;提供符合國際規(guī)范的商務中介和公共關系服務，組織和開展歐盟-中國的文化交流活動。
The Euro-Sino Enterprises Association is an international firm based in The Netherlands, Switzerland and China. Its goal is committing to build a mutually beneficial business platform and promote the cooperation and development between European and Chinese enterprises.
We closely work together with the governments in China and the European countries, as well as with local partners who are experts in their respective fields.
